Whether you have a clear design in mind or want to collaborate on something unique, we work closely with you to create the perfect set.
Booking Policy
Booking Policy – Custom Press-On Nails At AXM NAILS, we create high-quality, custom press-on nails tailored to your vision. Please review our policy before booking. 1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at booking. If your final design exceeds the initial payment, an invoice for the price difference will be sent. Any additional charges will be communicated upfront—no hidden fees. Shipping costs are invoiced separately and must be paid before shipping. 2. Consultation & Design Process After booking, we’ll contact you via your preferred method (Instagram DM, phone, or email) to discuss your design. You must provide: 1-3 inspiration images and a detailed description. Nail measurements (mm) using the coin measuring method (see About > FAQ for guidance). Desired color(s), shape, and length (cm). Additional details, preferences, or creative freedom requests. 3. Design Finalization & Approval Design finalization takes 1-7 days. A digital mockup will be sent for approval—any changes must be requested before production begins. 4. Production & Shipping Handmade production takes 2-14 business days, depending on order volume. Once complete, we’ll arrange collection or shipping. Shipping will only proceed after the shipping payment is received. 5. Refunds & Cancellations Refunds are only accepted if nails arrive damaged (must notify us within 24 hours with photos). If unsatisfied, a 40% partial refund is available if the nails are unused, unopened, and returned in original condition within 24 hours of arrival. Full refunds are not available, as materials and time are allocated to your set. Orders cannot be canceled once the design is approved. 6. Additional Notes Incorrect sizing is not our responsibility, so please measure carefully. We reserve the right to decline requests beyond our creative scope. By booking, you agree to these terms.
