Are the Press-on Nails Re-usable?
Yes! If you apply and remove your press-on nails carefully, they can be reused multiple times. To extend their lifespan, make sure to remove them gently and clean them before reapplying. We also offer adhesive tabs for easy and damage-free removal.
Yes, we offer custom press-on nails! Click here for more info. The custom nail design process involves contacting you for your design preferences, and once you approve the design, the nails are carefully handcrafted. Please note that custom press-on nails take longer to create as opposed to ready-made Nails.
What If I lose a Nail From The Set, Can I order a single Nail?
Not usually, but we may be adding that service as part of insurance package soon. just contact customer service with your order details.
If you’ve purchased one of our insurance programs, you can get a damaged nail or full set replaced unlimited times for up to 4 months after purchase.
How Long do press-on Nails last?
AXM press-on nails can last anywhere from 3 days to 3+ weeks, depending on the application method:

For short-term wear (up to 3 days), use the adhesive tabs included in the application kit.

For long-term wear (7-14+ days), use nail glue, which provides a stronger hold depending on your lifestyle.

For extended wear (3+ weeks), we recommend a gel application at one of our partner salons. However, with this method, the nails cannot be reused.
For best results, avoid excessive water exposure and harsh chemicals to maximize wear time.
What if I am Not Satisfied With the Nails?
We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer exchanges for damaged items or wrong orders. Exchanges and Refunds are available for items that are returned unopened and unused and bought with shipping insurence.
Are Press-on Nails Safe for my Natural Nails?
Yes! Our press-on nails are made from high-quality materials that are safe for your natural nails when applied and removed properly. We recommend following our instructions for proper application and removal to prevent any damage to your natural nails. If you have any allergies to adhesives or Gel please refrain from using this product.
